Zabihullah Raufi started this petition to Ministry of Foreign affairs Germany and

Since the bomb blast on May 31, 2017, in front of the German Embassy in Kabul, the visa processing division of the German consulate was suspended until further notice, So far there is no sign of resuming the process. Individuals and families have to process their visas from the Islamabad and New Delhi consulates. This increased the average visa processing time up to 18 months, which is more than three times the previous average processing time. The delay in visa processing affects Families trying to reunite to their loved ones, Skilled labures seeking for working visas and students on their journey to pursue their dreams.

So, there are three possible solutions can be imagined,

The first solution is to increase the number of counters processing visa in Islamabad and New Delhi from currently being one.

The second solution could be reopening the visa consulate in Kabul.

Third possibility could be, authorizing the IOM local office in Kabul to overtake the visa processing procedure.

Indeed, their are couple of Afghan families that are detached from their loved ones, children with out an explicit destiny, students beted their time and money to get a better education opportunity and skilled labours dreamed of achieving a better working opportunity are all affected by the issue.

By signing this petition, there could be hopefully a solution to the issue posed, that would broadly affect the above mentioned groups.
