Since, many Automobile Company is shifting towards the production of Electric Vehicles as they know that Petrol & Diesel driven vehicles are more harmful for the environment. And, in order to attract their customers they offers numerous discounts, new features in vehicles, freebies etc. They felt that people are usually facing Mobile charging on the go, so they introduced 2 wheeler with facility of Mobile Charging.

But, they have never thought that their customers whenever goes to market to buy anything or groceries they carry Plastic Bags or they accept plastic bags from vendors. If government makes it mandatory for every automobile company to provide set of 2 Cloth Bags on every unit sold, then I believe it will help us to remove the usage of Plastic Bags and we will be eradicating Plastic Bags completely in next 4-5 years down the line.
