More than one private school in Abaco has applied weeks ago for special permission to open, with Covid 19 protocols in place for hybrid learning.
Schools in Nassau have received permission and are open while Abaconians wait with no timeline of a reply. The principals of private schools have told parents they are waiting to hear from the MOE.....
The Ministry of Education and whoever else is involved needs to reply in a timely manner. If protocols are met, give the ok, if not, advise the schools what they need to do. Our children have been suffering since Dorian.
