Why this petition matters

*EDUCATION*
When you hear that word what comes first into your mind ?Going to school ?Passing?
That's not it. Education is being educated, knowing what you must do, and not being ignorant to what is happening to the world, it is not only about passing but learning moral values, etticates, proper way to behave etc. But the problem is not all people has a chance to go to school. Our government must first, prioritize education .Though they did some solution to the problem it is still not enough to accommodate all the children/population in the India. Instead of building more school, building is built. Democracy is also a great factor in this kind of situation .Instead of using the goverment's fund for their self they must help in building schools and giving school supplies to those in need .How will India develop properly when with just one problem, we can’t make a solution to it .We are in democracy .The biggest problem faced nowadays is LACK OF EDUCATION .If we were to put the National Budget in Education .I feel so many of the country problem is to be solve like teenage pregnancy .We also part of democracy so the democracy workers is need to be educated .I think we need to implement a law which is benefit the children and this is law is to give them right to have a free education .I like the education is to be right and never privilege .Because I believe what Nelson Mandela said that Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
Our public education system has irretrievably broken down and is not producing the desired results. India ranked 72 out of 73 countries in the PISA (Program for International Students Assessment) ranking of 2010 by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development).
The Annual Status of Education Report (rural) 2016 has shown pathetic learning quality with only 25 per cent of children in grade III being able to read a grade II level text. Around 10 lakh out of 60 lakh teaching positions are vacant.
According to a World Bank study, teacher absenteeism on any given day is as high as 25 per cent. Of the teachers who do come to work, a large proportion of them lack the motivation and skills to perform well. The victims are our children.
While the state of education calls for urgent reform, government seems to be working only for appeasement and quick fix.
Save Education Campaign/Shiksha Bachao Abhiyan calls on the hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi to:
1.Empower each parent with Rs 2,500/- per child per month to meet the schooling expenses of their children.
2.Ensure safety and security of all students, teachers, management and school premise.
3.Amend Right to Education Act 2009 for learning outcome based school recognition system instead of mere infrastructure norms which is closing down thousands of schools across the country.
SO NOW, LET’S TAKE A STEP FORWARD. LET’S EDUCATE OUR PEOPLE AROUND, LET’S EDUCATE THE WORLD. JUST TAKE AN INITIATIVE TO IMPROVE ATLEAST 1 CHILD SUFFERING FROM CHILD LABOR. IT WOULD BE MORE BENEFICIAL THAN DONATING SOMETHING TO HIM/HER. DONATIONS ARE TEMPORARY BUT, EDUCATION IS PERMANENT.
