All Primary and Secondary schools in Singapore to start assembly at 8.15am instead

As compared to having just 4 days of school, this is much more reasonable. Many students have a lot of homework, or special projects and perhaps leadership responsibilities and duties. If we factor in the exam period, students may become sleep-deprived and lack focus in class or during their daily lives. Nanyang Girls School has already adopted this new system and the students have had a very positive change in their classroom behaviour and their ability to stay focus, which can greatly improve our academic performance. As students have more sleep, late coming will also be reduced and productivity of students will increase.
