scrap new draft rules on Cost Records and Audit

This petition made change with 804 supporters!

The consumers are disregarded and the Companies need not maintain any Cost Records upto Rs.100 crores turnover for any product manufactured by them.  Non maintenance of cost records, which should be the most important for any Company to decide the price it has to charge to customers, is abolished through these new draft rules.  Every Consumer in the country should fight this out.  Every Company irrespective of its size should maintain cost records and furnish a report to Government on its maintenance. Audit of that records can have a criterion such as Turnover or Net worth.  This would only save the Consumers in the Country.
