We demand to be adressed and be recognised separately from the Doctors as we also demand to work independently in the healthy field as Clinical Officers and stop this thing of associates as it hides where are we suppose to be and we endup not having space to see our patients in the hospital environment

We demand further specialities in our field and be catergorised according to years of practise and experience as it is not fair to be a ClinA for 10 years but being the same in treatment as 1st year ClinA in the field and still treated like an intern from MBChB we reject that

We demand our curent minister to revise our scope of practise with the HPCSA and salary scale to be revised as we work hard for our communities running the hospital like doctors but there salary is not motivational.

In all institution our course should be B.Medicine in Clinical Practise catergorised under Clinical Medicine and we rejest this thing of calling it a program and stop this arrangement (B.Medical Clinical Practise or B.Clinical Medical Practise) as this political hide a lot of information.We did Medicine not medical related course these are the small things that fade away our respect and dignit in the work place
