We are writing to you today as the Zimbabwe entertainment industry. Firstly we would like to commend the government's efforts in keeping the nation safe from this pandemic. As you might know already our industry has been the most affected with these lockdowns. We had a really tough and dry year as an industry. Restaurants were closed, gigs were cancelled, artists were homeless and a lot more. We continue to respect the Lockdown Regulations and we believe its only targeting our industry. While other industry continue to operate fully during the day, with most of them breaking the Lockdown regulations, we continue to suffer and lose our only source of income. 

December is our one chance this year to at least earn some money and save it for next year. We cannot afford to not operate in this month, we have families to feed. We would like you to take up our petition to the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe His Excellency Cde E. D Mnangagwa on our behalf and plead with him to extend the curfew time. We need to operate at night to earn a living and we will be observing all Lockdown regulations. 

We hope you will be able to assist us and help us earn a living again. We strongly believe the President will grant us this opportunity for the last few weeks of the year. We hope to hear from you soon.
