Travelstart takes longer to respond to people's queries.They are very bankrupt when it comes to receiving a refund back, they ignore requests to cancel a flight and making a date change. It charges you extra money for literally everything and it has very poor services. People's tickets are being forfeited because of their poor services They are incompetent. They charge you extra money when you want to make a refund, cancel flight or make a date change on top of the changing fee ,cancellation fee, the added tax and everything else. Something needs to be done!
