I want to change the BC Highway Code
0 have signed. Let’s get to 100!
I wish to have the British Columbia government amend the highway code to restrict any driver with less than 10 years of non blemished driving experience from operating any vehicle of more than 200hp. The Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada has had far too many, incidents of excessive speed, accidents and sadly fatalities that have involved teen and early 20's drivers that are either wealthy foreign nationals or members of criminal organizations. The two groups mentioned above gravitate to high powered super cars that truly have no place on our residential streets or highways. Innocent citizens are being put at risk every day and this must stop now! If the law is successfully amended I also request that no grandfathering shall be permitted allowing those operating these vehicles presently to be allowed to continue. I care about my fellow citizens and we all deserve to live in safety and security when we venture out into our respective communities.
