It is time to open up the borders to fully vaccinated people. We are asking this to allow for families to reunite, and economies to once again flourish. If its good for hockey players it should be good for all! 
Science has proven that fully vaccinated people pose no threat! Other countries have already started welcoming vaccinated people back. Why are we AGAIN last?!?! 
People have been separated from their loved ones for long enough. We have understood when cases where high and few were vaccinated but enough is enough! Open up the borders to fully vaccinated people now!
