Dr (Maj) Satish Jeevannavar started this petition to Minister of Telecommunications India (Manoj Sinha) and

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am sure you all are facing poor network, frequent disconnection and faulty service with your mobile, landline and internet with Airtel network for the last few months.

I have been a loyal customer of Airtel since many years and I am shocked at the pathetic service (or lack of services) and double the pathetic customer service when we raise complaints. I realized that enough is enough and have officially raised a complaint with Ministry of Telecommunications - lodge your respective complaints here - it takes less than 5 min https://www.pgportal.gov.in Please do keep an eye on your bill statement - I was shocked to see billing for services not availed. It's not a question of few hundreds or thousands but a complete BREACH OF TRUST APATHY on behalf of the Airtel Team.

Recently, when I traveled abroad I had availed International Roming Pack for 10 days and to my surprise when I landed in the country, there was no network/data available. Despite many complaints and reminders there was no service and to add to my woes Airtel billed me excess even after discontinuing the service. The same continued for the month of Sept 2018 - repeated customer service escalations and requests to the Appellate and Ombudsman have gone unheard.

It has been more than 1 year with the poor connectivity of mobile network, landline, data locally in Bangalore, as well as when you travel abroad. Please sign this petition so that the issue reaches the Ministry of Telecommunications, DoT, DG, TRAI and we can hope to bring some changes to the indifferent attitude of Airtel customer service and their management.

Regards,

Satish
