Overturn their ruling on the denial of Partner Visa for Christina Condy

This is a gross injustice of law. Christina Condy had all the medicals completed in 2010 and due to the Department of Immigration losing the documents, she is subject to being deported on the 3rd of July 2012. This is not only a crime against her family. But it is a violation of her right to life and freedom.  Because of mistakes in Departmental procedure and because of the incompetince of the Immigration Department in handling documents she is now expected to leave her family and pets behind in Australia and move to her homeland in the USA where she has no where to go.  Meanwhile in Australia her husband will be forced out of work and they will lose their home and they will never be able to be together again due to lack of funds.  The DIAC is so bad that they gave one reason while on the phone with her and a totally different one in writing.  Because of the refuge and detention center issues the immigration department is unable to handle the influx and are denying visa's that should be granted. Do NOT let a mistake of a person in the DIAC destroy a loving family and tear a mother from their child.
