Govt Jobs become the most sought career option in India, specially Banking and Insurance sector job. Graduation is the minimum qualification of almost competitive examination but why there is 60% marks mandatory in some govt job specially in NABARD RBI SIDBI and Insurance sector Administrative Officers Exam. These Organisations already conduct written exam following with personal interview every year, then there is no need of minimum graduation marks required.

Some years before, IBPS also announced 60% graduation marks mandatory for Probationary Officers exam, but when candidates started opposing, then IBPS removed that condition. Then why this condition is still mandatory in other Banking and Insurance sector job.

This condition is affect the aspirants negatively. There are lots of students who have tough task to be a degree holder because of many problems. Most of students have family problem, many are economically weak or unable to going college because of doing part-time job, so they take admission in Distance learning colleges, many laborious candidates are self dependent, some girls are restricted to going college but they have great desire to do something.
Anyhow they completed graduation but scoring 60% in graduation is really a tough task.
Although they didn't acquire good marks in graduation but they are capable to crack competition exam. Many deserving candidates miss their chance due to 60% marks boundation.

Due to this, many aspirants are not eligible for appearing in various officer exam of NABARD, RBI, SIDBI and Insurance companies administrative officer exams.
On behalf of many candidates, i want to say, please change mandatory of this 60% graduation marks.
There should be not any graduation marks boundation for  NABARD, RBI, SIDBI and Insurance sector administrative officers examination candidates. when individual competition exam with interview held for all these sector then why 60% marks is mandatory.. Please remove this boundation.
