Since the implementation of movement control order (MCO) on 18th March 2020, most of the research laboratories / services in the countries were closed, except for Covid-19 related labs were allowed to operate as usual.

Till now, almost all plants / animals / cells / biology / chemistry / engineering etc. related research works cannot be undertaken. Most of the MSc / PhD students are under tension because no lab works mean no data. No data means we cannot write our thesis. With the deadline is counting down, we hope the ministry of higher education (MOHE) can introduce SOP for us to start our work as soon as possible. 

Some of us still paying the tuition fees during this MCO period. Some of our grant will end soon and we are under stress. Please help us.
