Security Guards at the Bangaluru International Airport in India have been illegally singling out and harassing Nithyananda Devotees, even sexually harassing some. These security guards have turned away 4 devotees in the last 2 weeks simply for their connection to Paramahamsa Nithyananda, and have even declared that they would turn away every tourist who follows Nithyananda.
Many of the spiritual seekers and devotees have experienced harassment and unrelated questioning that goes well beyond typical security checks. Many have been called back to have their bags re-examined even after they have passed through security and are about to leave the airport. Some have missed their flights.
Some of the female devotees have experienced sexual harassment from Immigration Officers while their passports are held by these gun toting authority figures who taunt, tease, and lustfully look them up and down, making innapripriate jokes amidst themselves.
These immigration officers are committing religious persecution and sexual harassment against international tourists simply because of ourconnection to our Guru. They are turning away sincere travelers who have come to India to explore it's rich culture.
Sign the petition to stop the illegal and despicable behavior of these rogue immigration officers.
