The Ministry of Education in Ontario requires teachers to wear medical masks.

This prevents students from being able to see the expressions of the faces of their teachers.

The Centre of Disease Control states that CLEAR MASKS can be worn when working with people with disabilities and young children learning to read.

This is a clear oversight made by the Ministry of Education.   Being able to see a teacher's smile critical for creating a sense of community in the classroom, supporting mental health and modelling emotions.
