Call to the S.A Dept. Of Basic & Higher Education to create a fair funding & hiring system

Recent posts from the Department of Basic Education always seek graduates who were funded by Fundza Lushaka, prioritising them in the hiring process. This is unfair to those who could not get funding from the Fundza bursary because it leaves them with minimal employment opportunities. Either every B.Ed student be automatically funded by Fundza or it not be considered who sponsored your studies when there is a post. We plead with the ministers of the relevant departments to deal with this issue as soon as possible.
