Early trains to Cork, Galway and Waterford

0 have signed. Let’s get to 200!

Long distance commuters exist and will continue to as prices to live in urban centres continue to rise. With a proposed major increase in diesel prices travelling by car over long distances may no longer be viable financially.

Long distance commuters would like to take advantage of public transport and the tax-saver fares that are available to others and to stop contributing to road congestion. The national framework designates that these centres should be built up further to counterbalance Dublin.

The earliest train on the

  • Dublin-Cork route gets in at 9:30
  • Dublin-Galway 10:08
  • Dublin-Waterford 9:39

By all means have one less train in the afternoon if necessary but please give us one service into each major town that gets us there before 9! The infrastructure is there....please let us use it!
