My name is Bich Chau Bui ,I'm from Vietnam, I have been living for half of my life in Australia studying and working, due to tragic circumstance in my life, I decided to seek for help from a agent, and I have been living in bridging visa status for years, and it's really hard to find a job because of my visa status but I still try very hard and finally got three jobs for Fresh Pantry, Azure Management and Uber. Despite of danger a woman facing while driving Uber, I never give up to prove that I will have the ability to pay tax and finance myself.
However, the agent completing my application made mistakes. As a consequence I have got rejected.
I have been donated blood for Australian Red Cross Blood Service for 9 times and please give me a chance to make more donations. I have a clear 10-year driving history, and a clear Blood Donation history, I'm not only have good characteristic but also excellent health condition, I will become a good Australia citizen and contribute to the growth of Australia and Australian communities.
While I was in Australia, I live with my sisters and have been taking care of her two sons, and they are like my own blood and lives, the older one is 4 years old and the younger one is only 2 months old. Please do not take my family away and let me see them grow and give them cuddles everyday. My parents got divorced when I was in year 3 and I have been growing up without love of parents and family. At the moment my mom and my dad they all have their own families and my sisters and my nephews are my only family that I have.
I have been in Australia for more than 15 years and Australia is like my home, I love every street of Melbourne and the breezes carrying coffee odour flying everywhere in winter.
Please help me to stay in Australia to have a life, a family and future and I promise I will become a good citizen.
Please sign and share the petition NOW pleading with the Minister for Immigration to overturn the decision to deport me. The Minister has the authority to do this using his discretionary powers of Ministerial Intervention under the Migration Act.
