I moved into a Clarion housing property a 1 bedroom ground floor flat on Jan 2018. Through a mutual exchange i obtained this property. I am 60 years of age with major medical conditions. The tenant I swapped with and Clarion housing "NEVER" informed me the real reason the tenant wanted to swap. The real reason was due to the ASB she was suffering, being carried out by the tenants who live above her, and now I live under. I was like a lamb to the slaughter. 2 adults & 2 kids housed above me with NO SOUND PROOFING between flats. Everything i have complained to Clarion housing about my neighbours above me. The previous tenant complained to Clarion about. The same neighbours and the same ASB. We both suffered the same torture. I have been Mentally abused on a daily & nightly basis ( almost none stop ) and have had my processions damaged on a regular basis. I have to put up with, daily bouncing, banging, jumping, shouting, screaming from early morning to late into the night ( which they do not deny) Leaks through my ceiling, hammers being banged on floors from flat above me, vermin in my ceiling, car damaged many times on my driveway, Neighbour harassing me constantly, television blown up due to leaks, car parked close to my car daily harassment. Which I have to contend with on a daily / nightly basis. 

Clarion are aware of their ASB but have always ignore it : My health has deteriorated due to the stressful conditions I live under. My doctor and specialists will verify this. 

I had 2 strokes a few years ago, I inject weekly for Rhumitroid Arthritis, I have high blood pressure which I take 2 tablets daily for. I have dangerous stress on a daily basis due to the ASB. I asked Clarion move me or move the neighbours they refuse, and ignore my doctors letters, specialist letters, shelter uk, Metropolitian police, they do not care about my mental or physical health, or my disability. 

Let me say the Metropolitian Police have been really understanding, sympathetic, and caring towards the ASB I suffer. Infact they had a sit down meeting with Clarion about my case. The result was Clarion housing agreed to give me a management transfer with the full support of the police to another property. Once my move was established the Police closed my case. Thinking it was settled. However,  A week later Clarion contacted my solicitor from Shelter UK saying I'm not being rehoused and reneged on the agreed deal. This came as a complete shock to my system. I still have shooting pains in my left arm where I had my strokes.  More sleepless nights. I am terrified il have another stroke not to mention my blood pressure. I am forced to wear ear plugs every night, I also take sleeping tablets and I'm having weekly counselling due to my stress. 

Furthermore, The Metropolitian police issued a harassment notice on the female tenant above me due to her kicking, banging and punching my front door ( not the first time )  Clarion in turn were then forced to issue a harassment notice to the neighbour, because they had no other choice.  ( They had no other choice )

I believe Clarion housing have abused their position and have caused me unnecessary suffering. However I am not the only person who is suffering. Look online at "trust pilot" complaints about Clarion housing. You will soon be aware of there neglectful attitude towards tenants. It has deteriorated my health, but I'm doing this for other people as well.
