Give disabled Canadian veterans the same retroactive benefits as the CF SISIP LTD got in Manuge case

Canada prides itself in being Fair.
In 2012, Canada paid $1.9 Billion to over 10,000 disabled veterans who had Pension Act payments indirectly attached or assigned from SISIP LTD from 1976 to 2012.
This case was spearheaded by Dennis Manuge & the SISIP class action owes an enormous debt to him.
The Government of Canada has an equivalent program called Earnings Loss Benefits program administered by Veterans Affairs Canada. This program is identical to SISIP LTD but started in 2006 under the New Veterans Charter.
Canada recognized the identical nature of ELB to SISIP LTD after the Manuge case & gave retroactive benefits to these veterans too despite there being no court judgment.
BUT the government, in an amazing shortsighted display of parsimony, decided to limit retroactive benefits to 4 MONTHS!
I'm asking you to send a STERN message to our elected representatives that the veterans that protect our great nation are worth the cost they paid defending our FREEDOM!
It's really simple.
Treat them, I have no interest in this matter, FAIR!
It should offend the reader's sense of Justice & Fair play by this HEINOUS act or I've failed in my intended purpose.
Help correct an injustice.
You CAN make a difference!
