Minister Hipkins;

1. Instruct the Secretary for Education, Ms Iona Holsted to revoke the Commissioners appointment as provided for in Clause 5 of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 26 February 2015.

"The Secretary removes you from office".

"You are replaced because you have ....become incapacitated in a way that affects your performance."

2. Ensure that all school funds spent on instructions from the Commissioner, including her own salary costs be refunded to the school immediately.

The Commissioner, Ms Moore, who has been in place at Rangiora High School since February 2015 has been found responsible by the Employment Relations Authority Member for the unjustified dismissal of Principal Peggy Burrows.

(Decision: [2017] NZERA Christchurch 9 5619335 12th January 2017)

Moore's engagement has come at considerable cost to the school and its community.

MP Chris Hipkins has requested you to expose the full cost of the intervention and a number of parents/carers have asked the same question of the Ministry and the Commissioner.

Moore engaged among others;

A car crash investigator (to carry out a forensic data investigation on the school computer systems)
