Dear fellow M24s:

I am Yuehan. Minerva's PRPC has recently denied Luna's and my petition for independent housing in Berlin. Their reason is that we missed the deadline for Spring Housing Survey, albeit there is no limit on independent housing. Though chances are slim, Luna and I will submit our independent housing petition to PRPC again, this time hopefully with your help. 

This petition is created to show PRPC that M24s want to stay together as a cohort, and specifically, M24s support Luna and Yuehan to be in Berlin and contribute to M24’s global experience. Our individual and collective global experiences have been profoundly impacted by COVID-19. Many students did not experience their foundation year in San Francisco, including Luna and me. Though I am fortunate enough to explore Seoul with most of you, Luna has not been able to meet the cohort after three whole semesters. Through our past semesters’ experience, I think we can all agree that though M24’s global experience could still be amazing without some of its members, it is nevertheless incomplete. We can do nothing but accept it when the cohort could not be together because of external constraints. But now, we can do something to change it, when our collective experience is up to PRPC’s decision.

If our independent housing petition is denied again, Luna and I will not be able to join you in Berlin. That’s why I am asking you to help us by signing this petition. We really hope that all things can work out.
