Traffic Calming For Tattenhoe Park, Milton Keynes

Since the developers have left Tattenhoe Park the temporary traffic calming measures that were in place have been removed.
This has led to an increase in the amount of people disregarding the 30MPH speed limit on the estate, Both with people doing the School run to Priory Rise School and in the evenings and weekends when the boy racers use the Hayton Way, Bronte Avenue, Snelshall Street loop as their personal race track.
In addition to this the junction between Bronte Avenue and Hayton way is unmarked. This leads to confusion over who has right of way and has almost lead to a couple of accidents.
Consideration should also be given to designated crossing points (zebra or pelican crossings) near the school.
We need the same level of traffic calming as other estates within Milton Keynes get. From what has happened in the last couple of weeks it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt.
