This petition aims to provide an environment open throughout the day and night for students and individuals. 

Books and libraries were neglected nowadays due to booming influence of technology and its capabilities but today's current climate of untruths, intolerance, and ignorance, it's becoming clear that libraries are essential, now more than ever. Through this petition, we aim to provide a library open for 24 hrs. To elaborate more, here some reasons why library is necessary and being open for all will benefit the community a lot.
