Each week we are all pickup the local free newspaper that has been thrown from a moving vehicle into our driveways, I believe that over 90% of the papers are simply taken from each driveway and placed into the garbage bin, some remain on the street an decompose where they land.

I also believe that having an occupant of vehicle throw papers onto every drive way in each street is taking there attention away from the road, some streets and culdersacs have children crossing roads to visit neighbours etc.

We are living in a digital world, if a resident wants to view this paper then we can view online or simply pick up a copy from our local supermarket.
