Rules need to be changed with the city taking our Open House signs & discarding them.

We would like for the City of Palm Coast to stop taking our open house signs and discarding them. This is an integral part of our business and marketing. We are doing our sellers a service by sitting open house and promoting their home. It also helps with the neighborhood stabilization program. As Realtors, we pay for these signs and the City refuses to return them. There should be a decisive line in the code between professionally made signage for businesses and simple yard or garage sale signs made for individuals.
Also... July 17th from 9:00-10:30 at the Realtors Association Office, Palm Coast Mayor Milissa Holland will be there for a meet and greet and to discuss issues & concerns. This will be a great opportunity to address this topic. The more people that can attend this meeting the deeper the impact it will have. Please consider signing up for the better of ALL Real Estate Professionals in Flagler County. Directions to sign up: Go into Navica, click on News & Events scroll to the July calendar and click on Monday, July 17th, 2017 and register for the event. It includes free breakfast.
Please pass the petition on to colleagues, peers, sellers...anyone that is effected by sign removal!
