United will use any excuse to overbook and take money from passengers. I have had two unacceptable experiences.

I was in the States when it happened. I watched it on the news, was very sick to my stomach. Couldn't believe United airlines had a CEO. Please let him step aside.

It seems Oscar Munoz is not an effective leader, as he has allowed these described actions to occur during his watch. He should resign to allow someone with a real grip on reality to run the business.

This was an avoidable situation and should not have resulted in the Dr's removal from the flight. Another person could have been designated in place of him.

It was an outrageous decision to remove the doctor (or any paying passenger) and fortunately some other passengers filmed the scene and it went viral. The apology was the last straw.
