Many students complain about having to join zoom calls throughout the day and how they are not learning anything. This change will take pressure off of many students backs. Many students have lost motivation for school and just need a break. The required classes and having to sit at home for 8+ hours is not really helping students learn, most students dont even pay attention they spend most of the class time on their phones. It would be much more effective if teachers were to upload videos of the lesson and upload the work and due date instead of required zoom calls. It would help with students learning and motivation. Zoom/Google Meet calls should only be required for students who feel it would be better to join video calls throughout the day. Uploading lesson videos would also benefit teachers from re-teaching lessons for each class period and having to deal with technical  issues. All in all i feel as though students to have a say in required video classes.
