For the elderly and disabled 15 mins is insufficient time to access the store if they want an item under £5

This is ridiculous. How do they expect local shops/ services to survive.

My understanding is that Sainsbury's was originally allowed their planning permission on the basis that this car park would be an asset for shoppers generally in the area.

When this carpark was first built, it was on condition that 200 spaces would be for the use of the wider community. The 15 minute grace period is insufficient. This will have a negative impact on the local cinema and on other local businesses. I will not be using Sainsbury's again while this parking system is in place.

There should be free parking in Sainsbury's, to help all people needing to shop in the area and for appointments. We all pay Tax to be on the road and to park, all business will suffer this is grossly unfair. I have noticed less people around and a virtually empty Sainsbury's, why? What is the point. There is the Cinema, Pubs, restaurants, shops, enough restrictions and problems, Stop this nonsense. Before South Woodford becomes a ghost town and shops close down.

I am signing because this is a typical example of big business doing what it likes at the expense of smaller businesses.
