CELPIP English language test is a test that is required in order for people wanting Canadian permanent residence to obtain their PR or people wanting to become professionals like immigration consultants. CELPIP is marked over 12 points but they will never give any candidate above 8 or 9 in the writing or speaking portion of the test. Thousands of test takers are now tired with this scam.
