The new Maldon health Hub has been promised to the town for the best part of 30 years to replace the aging and inefficient St Peter's hospital.

Our aim is to bring together community feeling in our petition and show the demand for improvements to our local facilities. The government has promised to 'build, build, build' and a new health hub would be a perfect way to get us going again. We want to work with our health provides to help provide adequate services for the population growth in our community.

Colin Baldy, from Maldon Lib Dems said, “We have got so much house-building going on at the moment in the area and on the Dengie and now we are beginning to come out of the biggest health crisis we have seen... Now is the perfect time to do something about the hospital."
