Being a teacher for more than 35 years I have realized that there should  be  mandatory Basic Education for ALL  mainly for the homeless street children, ragpickers and  slum dwellers so that each one of them can grow up to be a responsible citizen with decent moral values...they are looked down upon in every society ... deprived of love and affection  most of them develop bitterness and anger from a very  early age towards the society ..Quality Basic Education will provide them a better career options and may stop them from getting involved in various criminal activities....
