The focus stealing is really a big problem. Whenever a new program is started, it should open in background and the taskbar should highlight that a window is trying to open. It should be left to the user to click on it and make it active when (s)he wants.

At the very least please create an OS option for Admins to select specific programs to never steal focus.

Without something to control focus stealing we are forced to waste. This defect is also a security risk when entering sensitive information.

When editing, many times windows pops up a window over the what should be the "working high priority OS UI to the user in the moment" in an evil way making the user to loose what he was doing.
MS Guys... this is simple to fix... check the user input and do not pop anything in the foreground if the user is typing.

Should not happen in any OS. Very bad things can happen

This affects me every day, while working and at home. I like to have many apps, windows and tabs open. Focus should follow my action, not randomly change. The issue seems worse on TouchPad and touch enabled laptops, imo. Fix this, please!
