Petition Closed

Microsoft is doing amazing development in the browser market, as if it's coming back, giving Internet Explorer a kiss of life once again with new evolution of IE9, and IE10. That's not enough. Microsoft should get rid of IE7 to save much of developers time and resources. As a developer, I spend many hours trying to fix IE bugs before a project launch which is often delayed by troubleshooting.

While Microsoft is trying to get back millions of users to be part of the new evolution of its browsers, it's high time to kill IE7 as it did IE6 to avoid the negative implications.

Microsoft shouldn't wait until user number counts down to less than 1%. It should say goodbye to IE 7 now.

Say Goodbye to IE7

Microsoft is doing amazing development in the browser market, as if it's coming back, giving Internet Explorer a kiss of life once again with new evolution of IE 9, and IE 10. That's not enough. Microsoft should get rid of IE 7 to save much of developers time and resources. As a developer, I spend many hours trying to fix IE bugs before a project launch which is often delayed by troubleshooting hours.
While Microsoft is trying to get back the ever flooding users to be part of the new evolution of browsers, it's great to kill IE 7 as it did IE 6 to avoid the negative implications.
