Please re-publish the Rock Band Network songs

Rock Band Network was a user-publishing program that worked through the Xbox Live Indie Games program on Xbox 360 and was a way for artists, labels, and fans alike to make songs for Rock Band which they owned the rights to. In February of 2018, all of the Rock Band songs were removed, as Microsoft chose to discontinue their Xbox Live Indie Games program and that effectively removed the songs that were available on the PlayStation Store, as well. Many fans love these Rock Band Network songs and even though Harmonix (developer of Rock Band) IS working to bring some of those songs to the new generation of consoles in Rock Band 4, there will sadly be a majority that will not be able to come forward. Many fans, such as myself, discover new music every day and it is highly disappointing when you realize that a certain song was previously available via Rock Band Network and many of us fans would gladly still buy those songs, even if they are working to release them for the new consoles. If other downloadable content from the last generation is still available for purchase, I see no reason why they could not have left these available for sale. To have them re-published on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace would make many fans extremely happy, would provide an extra source of revenue for Harmonix, would allow newcomers to the series to experience what were some of the best songs available for Rock Band, would allow people to hear and buy music that they never would have heard otherwise, and would be beneficial to the artists whom have published their works through Rock Band Network. I ask that these songs be restored because myself and many others feel very lost without the ability to go through and buy many of these songs still as our music tastes evolve and grow.
