There's currently a campaign to have TV style advertising in console video games. This is universally a bad idea, and this petition is to demonstrate the lack of support. we as gamers cannot allow this to happen. We know this will not drive down the prices of games or consoles as advertising devices, and it will only lead to disrupting any sense of immersion. we aren't paying a premium to have other corporations shout at us about what toilet paper to buy, or what makeup to wear.
