My 5 year old daughter has been sexually abused by her father. I have went to Warren Police Department and their have been several reports made to CPS by mandatory reporters. The Warren Police Department, Family Court, and CPS are failing to protect her. 

Family court will only listen to CPS. I have had ER doctors, her pediatrician, a forensic nurse and counselors (who are specialist in abuse and sexual abuse), All testify on her behalf in court.

The Macomb County Family court referee Dayna Erbe- Crisofri has still given him unsupervised visitation with her. My daughter would run and hide, kick, cry and scream and beg me not to make her go with her dad.

The abuse continued and the last time my daughter came home and told me that her dad touched her in her privates I stopped making her go to visitation. I called the Warren Police Department and they refused to investigate, mandatory reporters made CPS reports and CPS did not open an investigation.

Her father has filed for full custody and the referee told me I had to give him visitation back immediately and that there will be a hearing for change of custody. 

I refuse to make my daughter visit her abuser and I need help please sign this petition. The system needs to be changed. My child needs to be heard.
