Samuel Lair started this petition to Michigan Citizens Independent Redistricting Commission
Under the most current State Senate district draft map created by the Michigan Citizen's Independent Redistricting Commission, Scipio, Moscow, and Somerset Townships will be separated from the rest of Hillsdale County. Instead, they will be linked with the greater Ann Arbor area. This petition will be sent to the Commission to voice our desire to have our northern townships included with the rest of the county and maintain the representative integrity of our community.
