Racial Injustice is the act of being unjust to an individual or group based on race, particularly concerning legally recognized rights. There have been many cases where an African American would get a harsh sentence for a minor crime, as for a white person could do something more extreme and get treated as if nothing has happened. For example, Dayonn Davis, a 15 year old African American boy, was arrested for stealing some Nike shoes. When he went to court he was charged as a adult and got 5 years in prison along with 10 years of probation. Before the incident Dayonn did not have a criminal record and was also on the honor roll in his school. They could have given him 1 year in jail since this was only his first time and he was a good kid. Another case that happened was a 79 year old got arrested for molesting/raping a 5 year old girl. In court they only gave him 90 days of house arrest.

We've decided to begin the petition racial injustice because we feel that this is a topic that should be heard world wide. If it is heard then enough people will be educated of why its so important to us. Racial injustice practices hate and no one deserves to be living in a world of hate. We've come across so many situations of racial injustice and it seems to be getting out of hand. This petition can help with do many groups of people and equalize everyone in the nation.
