I'm the single mom of triplets and an older daughter. I've raised them by myself, I went through Domestic violence with their dad and still to this day he controls everything. He is still threatening me and no one wants to listen. I had a protective order against him and when I tried to get it renewed the judge pushed it to a later date, I also filed an emergency petition because on June 12th he hit my son in the head and caused injury, I have filed a police report and am still waiting to see what's going on. My three younger kids have special needs and disabilities to which their law guardian is ignoring, Their law guardian also hasn't ever met them, and refuses to talk to their therapists or anyone who works with them, but will talk to their dad. The judge is bias because I turned him in because he ignored the fact of their father and his parents putting my kids in danger, so this judge has been threatening me to throw me in jail and take my kids if I come back to court, and even tells my kids father to keep filing violations on me, this judge has threatened my kids Medicaid service coordinator with jail also, this judge has had court without me and only with my kids dad and his lawyer so no one knows what happened in that proceeding which is a violation. All of which proves bias. He went and gave my kids dad unsupervised even though there was proof he did things. He has not been consistently in their life, he has missed a year and then 18 months and then six months and then four months, he admitted he still drinks and does drugs and has even violated court orders and protective orders when their was a different judge. The kids law guardian is also my sisters lawyer which is a conflict of interest and he has been telling her stuff about my case and has even stated he is on my kids dad side, that's a breach of confidentiality for sharing information about the case. I haven't ever met these law guardiians. My older daughter has. Asked to talk to the judge and her law guardian ignored her, Then cps has been bribing my kids to go in their dad's house, it's all tape recorded, cps workers Lauren and Jami both have seen how their dad is and Jami has stated she would be indicating him for hitting my son in the head, he admitted he did it to the police. My son came home with a handprint on his face and I made a report to cps and they threatened me and told me to stop making reports, I have turned this Lauren in because she keeps threatening me, I refuse to speak with her, and she has been caught in several lies all caught on tape. So I get a letter that they indicated me for the report I made, that Lauren did, I know it's because I reported her and I will be fighting it. 

This is about the kids not him and not me, these kids have told stuff that happened that I didn't know about, my older daughter has recorded him hurting my other kids and cps and the lawyers and judge all ignore the evidence. I've requested a change of venue and new lawyers and new judge and the court sends my letter back stating I can't write to them. This is the same court that gave my address to my kids father even though I had an address confidentiality order. Chemung county is not protecting anyone and instead is ignoring it.
