Interference with Child Custody reform. Help divorced families get visitation.
0 have signed. Let’s get to 200!
Currently, "Interference with Child Custody" is not enforced in Texas. This leaves all divorced parents and children without any way to ensure visitation will happen. HB3883, if passed, will allow parents denied visitation to receive a hearing within 14 days where the Judge can impose a fine of up to $500 for each offense. Denying visitation is the first step towards erasing a parent from the life of the child.
Help maintain both parents in the life of a child. This is a child protection issue
