END Prison Service Aiding & Abetting Stalking from Prison - Emily Maitlis & Others

BBC Emily Maitlis reveals that her stalker, even when convicted and jailed continues to commit stalking offences "aided and abetted" in his offending behaviour by the Prison Service itself. The offence of any convicted (or remand) prisoner is well known to the immediate prison officers and prison governor. ANY letter posted is posted by the Prison Service. This petition calls upon the Prison Service and the Justice Secretary to "join-the-very-obvious dots" in ensuring that at minimum those convicted or on remand for "stalking" have all post monitored by name of recipient to ENSURE that convicted stalkers can no longer stalk their targets from prison and can no longer be "aided and abetted" by the Prison Service in committing further acts of intimidation.
