No More Yellow Pages Delivered Without Consent

The Yellow Pages ("Yellow") is an old business model which is now obsolete. However, due to historical precedent, the physical directories are delivered to all households unless they have specifically "opted out" of receiving them.
This is not acceptable. These directories are incredibly wasteful, unwanted and unsustainable.
Michael Boersen is described on Yellow's website as follows: "Appointed CEO in February 2014, following four years as Chief Financial Officer, Michael now leads Yellow’s vision and strategy to transform from a print to a market led digital business."
If that is the case, why does Yellow continue to foist its unwanted, irrelevant paper directories on every household in NZ? It has been seven years since Boersen's time at Yellow began. At what point will this miraculous transformation occur? What progress has been made towards this lofty vision?
The world is looking for solutions that will make the planet and our way of life sustainable, but Yellow shows by its actions that it is not interested in anything other than continuing to receive advertising money from businesses that are not aware of its paper directory's complete and utter irrelevance in 2017.
We ask that Yellow change from an "opt out" policy, where households can request the yellow pages no longer be delivered, to an "opt in" policy, where households must request the Yellow pages to have it delivered. We ask for this commitment by January 1st 2018.
