Dear Neighbors/Owners of Andrew’s Chapel,

At the annual meeting in December of 2020, I brought up the fact, that at the time it was recently brought to my attention that Townhomes within the community had a 2 vehicle limit, while single family homes have no limit.  I inquired if there was a justifiable reason for this rule and was told it is not enforced.  I continued to inquire, if it was not planned on being enforced, why the rule was created?  The MI Homes representative did not have an answer but said that she would bring it to the Board attention.  After patiently waiting for over 2 months (almost 3) and not hearing anything more about my concern I followed up with MI Homes.  After a bit of phone tag, I was informed that the Board was not going to address this DISCRIMINATORY rule which they created.  

I am asking that all owners in Andrew’s Chapel consider the fact that many townhomes in the community have 2 vehicle garages and a 2 vehicle driveway and those that have appropriate space for 4 vehicles, should not be limited to only owning 2 vehicles, stored within their garages and driveways.  I am asking for your support of this petition, so we can end this DISCRIMINATORY rule enacted by MI Homes for our community.
