As a Millwall supporter we realise we are a small 2nd division club often punching above our weight. It is highly unlikely we will ever be in a position to qualify for a major European Football Tournament and get to experience travelling the continent supporting our beloved club abroad.

That being said, every season the club seem to be arranging a training camp which includes behind closed doors fixtures in Portugal. From speaking to fellow supporters we are all growing increasingly frustrated by this. We are desperate to become a part of these tours and have the opportunity to fly out and follow our team in a different country.

This is further exacerbated by non-league Wrexham going out of their way to invite their supporters to take part in a similar tour every year.

Nobody is expecting the club to facilitate this. Supporters are more than capable of making their own independent travel arrangements. Millwall fans have played their part in a remarkable season for the club. Not only have independent fan groups supported Millwall in their fight to stop a CPO against the Den, when Neil Harris spoke directly to the fans they heeded his words, putting an end to a decade old tradition of invading the pitch at the end of the season.

The relationship, trust and rapport between supporters and the club is as strong as it has been for some time. This petition is to ask for the Millwall board to listen to the wishes of their supporters and to give us the international trip we deserve at the end of the season.
