As many of you know I was General Manager for Mettricks for quite a while before I left the company, both for Guildhall and Woolston. After leaving I reviewed my salary over the past year and found out that I was getting paid an Assistant Manager salary instead of a General Manager salary when I was running Mettricks Woolston over Christmas 2017. I have been paid the wrong salary between December 2017 and Febuary 2018. Spencer and Dom are saying it was my trial period which is a load of rubbish!
