The women's movement needs a revival and issues such as the media's ruthless sexual objectification of women needs to be addressed.

Unfair to have to explain this to my five-year old.

It is obscene that the MTA approved these Doctors Plastic Surgery ads. Not only are they insulting and degrading to women, they are sexually charged in a subway system that has routine reminders about sexual assaults on these subways. I would like to know if the MTA would approve an ad with a man holding a small banana in front of his genitals with a sad face, and another holding a large banana with a happy face. The MTA deserves to be sued over the continuation of these ads (not just the tangerine one). There's a new doctors plastic surgery ad alleging to women "overcome your bikini fears" through surgery for breast implants. Why is this allegation being displayed to all of NYC commuters on packed subway trains? Not to mention the bottom part of the bikini is quite graphic with the outline of a vagina. If anyone else would like to pursue a lawsuit please contact me.

These ads are mysoginistic, tacky and shameful. It's obvious why they should not be in my face on the way to work.

I lived in New York and rode these trains...no one should have to see this on their commute. We are all beautiful!
