I want Metro PCS and Cell Touch inc. to do the right thing!

The Issue

I purchased a ZTE Avid Plus Cell phone that retails for $119.00, $29,00 discounted upgrade price from an independent Metro PCS Franchise store. The telephone has only 6% storage space available to download apps. because I downloaded 11 photographs from my google account onto my phone. I moved every app possible onto my SD card, and uninstalled the only app that I could not move unrelated to Google and Metro PCS crapware.
I cannot move my photos to my SD card, my only choice is to delete the photos. My phone will not allow me to surf the web when connected to WiFi, It randomly turns off the microphone, and every time I move an app to the home screens from settings, as soon the screen darkens, the apps disappear. The phone also randomly cannot read the Sim card and turns off the microphone. Furthermore it frequently will not access neither the internet nor make or receive calls even on the network.
I made this purchase on Monday January the 18th. On Thursday I went to the Metro PCS store where I purchased the phone to explain that it was removing my apps and It only had 6% storage space available. The employees could not find out the cause of either problem. I returned on Saturday and asked if they figured out the cause of those peculiar problems. No luck.On Sunday, I asked my son David Benjamin to see if he could solve the problems since he is Studying to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has completed courses in Google Android Operating software. He could not move the photos neither, nor could he explain why my Apps keep disappearing fro my home screens and Sunday the other problems appeared.
This afternoon Monday Jan 25) I went to the store where I purchased the phone and requested a different brand of phone altogether since this phone just arrived for sale and has poor storage and an inability to move photos to the SD card plus all of the other problems I previously described.
They were only willing to replace my phone under warranty with the exact model of phone. I told them that it was having too many problems and I no longer trusted the manufacturer.
The clerk suggested that I call Metro PCS directly to see if they would be willing to do what I asked, I even offered to pay the difference between the Avid and an LG K7 that retails for a discounted price of $49.00 and retails for $129.00.
After being hung up on and getting two telephone CS reps that I could not understand due to their thick Hispanic accents, I was finally able to speak to a rep that I could understand (They cannot transfer calls so I had to call back 3 times). I explained my problem and requested the exchange.
After receiving no satisfaction I was handed off to a supervisor who would not let me speak with anyone with real authority, who reiterated the policy that since I was a returning customer who has been loyal to their service for 5 years I was not allowed to upgrade after purchasing the phone last Monday!
They did however tell me that if I went to a corporate owned store in Atlanta Georgia or Jacksonville Florida, they would be able to help me and informed me that I should speak directly to the franchisee who owns this store, and six others, to see if he would oblige me.
I was able to persuade the employee (No manager available) to let me speak to the owner. I told him the problem and made my request. He told me that He would only replace my phone under the warranty because he could neither sell my defective phone nor the replacement. He then asked me If I would be willing to purchase a different phone The LG Leon for an additional $50.00.
I initially agreed until I found out that the phone was smaller and had an older OS than 5.0, then I refused. He then offered to upgrade my defective phone for an additional $100.00 for the LG K7 and I said ,Quote: "Hell no! After he hung up I requested the replacement and promised to post this complaint on Facebook, Twitter and as many forums that I could find. I spent 3 hours and returned home with a phone that does not function and my replacement will not arrive until Wednesday.

The store where I purchased the phone is operated by Cell Touch and is located at 3584 Highway 31 Pelham AL The telephone number is 205 620 9111 The Owner is named Paul and I do not know the store managers name. He also owns stores in
